Article 22 Notices of Ratification and of Other Forms of Approval of Union Acts and Resolutions Instruments ratifying the Constitution and, where applicable, approving other Union Acts and Resolutions are to be deposited with the PUASP General Secretariat as quickly as possible, which will notify the other member countries or territories as to their deposit.
