Article 124 Functions of the Supervisory Authority As Supervisory Authority for the General Secretariat, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay shall be responsible for: a) conducting post-audits of all General Secretariat contracts, spending, transactions, payments, accounting entries, etc., and reporting the results to the Council; b) deciding at first instance on complaints by General Secretariat staff against decisions by the General Secretariat; c) making appropriate comments to the Council as necessary to fulfil its task as Supervisory Authority.
