Article 123 Duties of the Government of the Headquarters Country To facilitate the operations of the General Secretariat and other Union bodies, the government of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay shall: a) grant the privileges and immunities established in Article 10 of the Union Constitution; b) advance the funds necessary for General Secretariat operations; c) take any and all other necessary measures to enable the General Secretariat to discharge its responsibilities.
