Article 13 Union Bodies 1 The Union shall be composed of the following bodies: a) the Congress; b) the Consultative and Executive Council (the “Council”) and its Management Committee; c) the General Secretariat. 2 The permanent bodies of the Union are the Council and its Management Committee and the General Secretariat.
