Article 7.2 Suspension 1 Employees who have been deprived of their liberty pursuant to a statutory measure are automatically suspended, unless such deprivation of liberty is the result of a measure taken in the interests of public health. 2 The employer may suspend the employee if criminal proceedings have been instituted against the employee or if, in the employer’s opinion, it is for some other reason in the interests of the service to suspend the employee. 3 The employer determines whether an employee is to be suspended on full salary or whether all or part of the salary is to be withheld.
