Artikel 10.1 Legal Status (Local Employees) Regulations 2020

Geldt sinds 1 januari 2023

Article 10.1 Transitional provision concerning social plans Any social plan that applies to an employee or ex-employee on the date of entry into force of these Regulations will continue to apply to that employee or ex-employee and articles 6.16 to 6.30 of these Regulations will not apply.
