Artikel 6.6 Legal Status (Local Employees) Regulations 2020

Geldt sinds 1 januari 2023

Article 6.6 Place of residence An employee is obliged to reside in or near to – and if necessary to move to – the place where the mission is located if this is deemed necessary by the employer to ensure the employee’s proper performance of duties.
