Article 4.23 Costs related to sickness, accident or the loss, theft of or damage to luggage 1 If an employee demonstrably incurs necessary costs during an official trip or a trip for the purposes of training as a result of sickness or an accident, the employer can set an amount for the reimbursement of these costs. 2 If an employee demonstrably incurs necessary costs as a result of the loss, theft of or damage to luggage the employee needed to take on the official trip or trip for the purposes of training, the employer can set an amount for the reimbursement of these costs. The maximum amount reimbursed for the costs of the loss, theft of or damage to luggage is € 2,268.90 per trip.
