Article 6.30 Internal candidate status An ex-employee whose employment contract has been terminated by the employer due to the job ceasing to exist is given the opportunity for up to one year after the date on which the employment contract ends to apply as an internal candidate for vacancies entailing an employment contract at the mission where the ex-employee worked or at another mission in the same country, in accordance with article 2.1.
