Artikel 1.7 Legal Status (Local Employees) Regulations 2020

Geldt sinds 1 januari 2023

Article 1.7 Limitation period Any claim arising from the employment contract between an employee and the employer is subject to a limitation period of five years from the date on which the claim arose, in so far as these Regulations do not provide otherwise.
