Article 4.5 Other allowances that are treated as salary 1 An employee is granted allowances supplementing the salary amount if this is in keeping with local regulations or local usage. 2 Provision for the allowances referred to in paragraph 1 is included in the mission version, stating the amount and duration thereof and the conditions under which they are granted.
