Article 3 Procedure for the readmission of nationals of the Parties 1 The readmission of nationals of the Parties shall be carried out according to the Articles 2, 4, 7 and 8 of the Agreement. 2 In addition to the documents referred to in Annex 1 of the Agreement the Montenegrin nationality can also be proven by the following documents: – travel document issued after 5 May 2008; – identity card issued after 5 May 2008. 3 The response to the readmission application contains the data enumerated in Annex 3 to this Protocol. 4 The response to the readmission application will be presented to the competent authorities of the Requesting Party. A positive response will also be presented to the diplomatic or consular representation of the Requested Party which will immediately issue a travel document in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 4, or Article 4, paragraph 4, of the Agreement. There is no need for a signed application by the person to be readmitted. 5 Before the transfer the competent authorities of the Requesting Party shall notify the competent authorities of the Requested Party in accordance with Article 11, paragraph 1, of the Agreement. The notification shall be submitted using the form included as Annex 4 to this Protocol.
