Article 2 Border crossing points 1 The border crossing points to be used for the application of the Agreement are listed in Annex 2 to this Protocol. 2 The competent authorities may agree on the use of other border crossing points for readmission and transit on a case by case basis. 3 The Parties shall notify each other immediately, directly and through diplomatic channels of any changes in the list of border crossing points mentioned in Annex 2 to this Protocol.
