Article 1 Competent authorities 1 The competent authorities for the implementation of the Agreement are listed in Annex 1 to this Protocol. 2 The competent authorities will communicate by e-mail, fax or other technical means. 3 The Parties shall notify each other immediately, directly and through diplomatic channels of any changes in the list of competent authorities mentioned in Annex 1 to this Protocol.
