Article 5 Application of the Protocol 1 The Protocol shall apply to the Agency and the staff members. 2 Members of the household of staff shall enjoy the privileges and immunities as set forth in this Agreement. 3 All references in the Protocol to the European Union shall be understood as references to the Agency, for the purposes of this Agreement. All references in the Protocol to officials and other servants of the European Union should be understood as references to staff of the Agency, for the purposes of this Agreement.
