Article 24 Waiver of immunities 1 Without prejudice to the Protocol, the privileges and immunities granted in this Agreement are conferred solely in the interest of the Agency, and not for the personal benefit of the individuals themselves. 2 The Head of the Agency shall not refuse to waive the immunity accorded to staff members wherever the Head of the Agency considers that the waiver of such immunity is not contrary to the interests of the Agency. 3 In respect of the Head of the Agency, the Management Board of the Agency shall not refuse to waive his or her immunity wherever the Management Board considers that the waiver of such immunity is not contrary to the interests of the Agency.
