Article 10 Official Communications 1 The host State shall permit and protect unrestricted official communication related to the operation of the Agency. 2 The official communications and transmission of all the documents related to the operation of the Agency shall be treated in a manner equivalent to that accorded by the host State to diplomatic missions.
