Article 14 Exemption from import and export restrictions 1 The Agency shall be exempt from all customs duties, prohibitions and restrictions on imports and exports in respect of goods and publications intended for its official use. 2 Goods so imported shall not be sold, loaned or donated, whether or not in return for payment, in the host State, except under conditions approved by the host State.
