Article 7 Recognition of Certificates and Licences 1 Certificates of airworthiness, certificates of competency and licences issued or validated in accordance with the laws and regulations of each Contracting Party shall be recognised as valid by the other Contracting Party for the purpose of operating the agreed services, provided always that such certificates or licences are issued or validated, equal to, or above the minimum standards established under the Convention. 2 Each Party reserves the right, however, to refuse to recognise for the purpose of flights above or landing within its own territory, certificates of competency and licenses granted to its own nationals by the other Party.
