Article 25 Amendment Any amendment to this Agreement agreed by the Contracting Parties shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last notification, through diplomatic channels, indicating that all the internal procedures required for the entry into force of the amendment have been fulfilled by the Contracting Parties.
