Article 23 Reservations A Party may enter reservations at the time of signing, ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Agreement, which will be notified to the Depository, in accordance with the legislation of each Party. Such reservations shall not modify the provisions of the Agreement with respect to the other Parties.
