Geldt sinds 12 februari 2004

Article 13 Fair Competition 1 Each Party shall allow a fair and equal opportunity to the designated airlines of all Parties to compete in providing the international air transport governed by this Agreement. 2 Each Party shall take all appropriate actions within their respective jurisdictions to avoid and eliminate all forms of unfair competitive practices. 3 Each Party shall allow a designated airline to determine the frequency and capacity of the international air transport it offers based upon commercial considerations in the marketplace.
