Artikel 18 Verdrag inzake luchtvervoer tussen de lidstaten en geassocieerde leden van de Associatie van Caraïbische Staten

Article 18 Duration and Withdrawal This Agreement shall have an indefinite duration. Any Party may at any time denounce this Agreement. The consequent withdrawal shall take effect one year after the date of the receipt by the Depositary of the formal notification of denunciation. The denunciation shall be without prejudice to any obligation incurred by the denouncing Party under this Agreement prior to such denunciation. This Agreement shall continue to be in force thereafter with respect to the other Parties.
