Article 17 Existing Agreements Bearing in mind the provisions in Article 2, this Agreement shall not affect any memorandum of understanding, bilateral or multilateral agreement showing similar authorizations that are already in force among the Parties or among the Parties and a non-Party nor the renewal thereof.
