Artikel 2 Verdrag inzake sociale zekerheid tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Volksrepubliek China

Article 2 Scope of Legislation 1 This Agreement shall apply to the legislations related to the following social insurance schemes: (i) as regards China, a) Basic Old-Age Insurance for Employees; b) Unemployment Insurance; and (ii) as regards the Netherlands, a) old-age; b) unemployment; c) survivors. 2 Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the legislation referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article shall not include treaties on social security that may be concluded between one Contracting Party and a third State, or legislation promulgated for their specific implementation.
