Article 10 Exceptions The Competent Authorities or the Competent Agencies of the two Contracting Parties may agree to grant an exception on the application of Articles 5 to 8 and Paragraph 2, 3, 4 of Article 9, in the interest of particular persons or categories of persons, provided that the affected persons shall be subject to the legislation of one of the Contracting Parties.
