Article 23 Revision and Modifications 1 At the request of either Party at any time, or in the event that the Fund becomes a specialized agency of the United Nations, this Agreement may be revised or modified. 2 Any such revision or modification may be given effect to either in a new Agreement or by an exchange of notes.
