Article 22 Entry into force 1 The provisions of this Agreement will be applied provisonally from the date of signature. 2 This Agreement shall enter into force on the day following the day that both Parties have notified each other in writing that the legal requirements for entry into force have been complied with. 3 With respect to the Kingdom of the Netherlands this Agreement shall apply to the part of the Kingdom in Europe only.
