Article 16 Servants 1 For the duration of their employment with the Agency in the Netherlands, staff members shall be allowed to employ domestic servants or, where applicable, private servants. 2 The domestic or private servants referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be required to hold neither a work permit nor a residence permit.
