Article 14 Director General and Head of ESTEC 1 The Director General of the Agency shall, when visiting the Netherlands, enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the Netherlands accords to heads of diplomatic missions in the Netherlands in accordance with the Vienna Convention. 2 The Head of ESTEC in the Netherlands, as the representative of the Director General of the Agency, shall enjoy the same privileges and immunities as the Netherlands accords to heads of diplomatic missions in the Netherlands in accordance with the Vienna Convention. 3 The same provisions shall apply to the members of their families forming part of their respective households.
