Article 4 The Headquarters The Appropriate Authorities shall take whatever reasonable action may be necessary, within their powers, to ensure that the PCA shall not be dispossessed of all or any part of the Headquarters. To the extent necessary, the Kingdom of the Netherlands shall either facilitate the acquisition on its territory, in accordance with its laws, by the PCA of premises necessary for its Headquarters or assist the latter in obtaining accommodation in some other way.
