Artikel 19 Verdrag inzake de overbrenging van gevonniste personen tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Peru

Article 19 Termination 1 Either Party may terminate this Treaty at any time by written notification to the other Party. The termination shall be effective one year after the date of the receipt of such notice. 2 Subject to the period mentioned in paragraph 1, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Peru shall be entitled to terminate the application of this Treaty separately in respect of any of the constituent parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
