Article 6 Support for transit ( article 10, paragraph (4) of the Agreement) 1 If the requesting Party deems it necessary to have the support of the authorities of the requested Party for a particular transit, that request will be indicated in the form attached as Annex 6 to this Implementing Protocol. 2 In its response to the transit request, the requested Party will also state whether it can provide the requested support. For this purpose Parties shall enter into more detailed consultation with one another if necessary. 3 Escorts guarding and assisting the embarkation of the person concerned will operate under the authority of the Requested Party.
