Article 16 Territorial application With regard to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, application of this Agreement can be extended to the parts of the Kingdom which are situated outside Europe through a notification to the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, depositary of this Agreement, which shall inform the other Parties thereof.
