Article 3 Travel documents ( article 7, paragraph (6) of the Agreement) 1 In the event of a positive response to the request for readmission, the travel documents necessary for the return journey in accordance with article 7, paragraph (6) of the Agreement shall be issued in the name of the person to be transferred and delivered by the diplomatic mission to the competent authorities of the requesting Party. 2 On the basis of article 7, paragraph (6) of the Agreement, if the diplomatic mission is unable to provide the requested travel document within three (3) working days after the date of receipt of the request for it, the requested Party shall be deemed to have consented to the use of a travel document provided by the requesting Party. The documents that the Parties will use for this purpose are attached as annexes 4 and 5 to this Implementing Protocol.
