Artikel B, paragraph 2 ESH

Article B, paragraph 2 For the purpose of paragraph 2 of Article B, the provisions of the revised Charter correspond to the provisions of the Charter with the same article or paragraph number with the exception of: a) Article 3, paragraph 2, of the revised Charter which corresponds to Article 3, paragraphs 1 and 3, of the Charter; b) Article 3, paragraph 3, of the revised Charter which corresponds to Article 3, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Charter; c) Article 10, paragraph 5, of the revised Charter which corresponds to Article 10, paragraph 4, of the Charter; d) Article 17, paragraph 1, of the revised Charter which corresponds to Article 17 of the Charter.
