Artikel 13, paragraph 4 ESH

Geldt sinds 3 mei 1996

Article 13, paragraph 4 Governments not Parties to the European Convention on Social and Medical Assistance may ratify the Charter in respect of this paragraph provided that they grant to nationals of other Parties a treatment which is in conformity with the provisions of the said convention.
