Article 3 Designation to operate services 1 Each Contracting Party shall have the right to designate, by diplomatic note, to the other Contracting Party, one or more airlines to operate the agreed services on the routes specified in the Annex for such a Contracting Party. 2 Each Contracting Party shall have the right to withdraw, by diplomatic note to the other Contracting Party, the designation of any airline and to designate another one.
