Article 23 Entry into force Each of the Contracting Parties shall notify the other Contracting Party through the diplomatic channel of the completion of its constitutional formalities required to bring this Agreement into effect. The Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the month following the date of the last notification. As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall apply to the Netherlands Antilles only.
