Article 23 Applicability of Multilateral Agreements and Conventions 1 The provisions of the Convention shall be applicable to this Agreement. 2 If a multilateral agreement or convention, accepted by both Parties, concerning any matter covered by this Agreement, enters into force, the relevant provisions of that multilateral agreement or convention shall supersede the relevant provisions of this Agreement. 3 The Parties may consult each other to determine the consequences for this Agreement of the supersession as mentioned under paragraph 2 of this Article and to agree upon amendments to this Agreement required by such supersession.
