Artikel 21 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Dominicaanse Republiek inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheiden grondgebieden

Article 21 Duration and Termination 1 Either Party may, at any time, give notice in writing through diplomatic channels to the other Party of its decision to terminate this Agreement. 2 Such notice shall be simultaneously communicated to the International Civil Aviation Organization. In such case this Agreement shall terminate twelve (12) months after the date of receipt of the notice by the other Party, unless the notice to terminate is withdrawn by agreement between the Parties before the expiry of this period. In the absence of acknowledgement of receipt of the notice of termination by the other Party, such notice shall be deemed to have been received fourteen (14) days after the receipt of that notice by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
