Article 12 Scheduling of services The scheduling of services to be operated by the designated airline(s) of one Party to and from the territory of the other Party shall be submitted for the approval of the latter Party at least thirty (30) days before the proposed effective date of the schedule. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
