Article 15 GRC seconded national experts 15.1 The GRC Seconded National Experts shall be subject to the “Decision on the Administrative Board laying down rules on the secondment to the Agency of national experts and national experts in professional training”. 15.2 Any emoluments, allowances and other payments made by the Agency to GRC Seconded National Experts shall be exempt from national taxes.
