Article 13 Exemption from import and export restrictions The European Union and the Agency shall be exempt from prohibitions and restrictions on imports and exports in respect of goods and publications intended for the official use of the GRC operation. Such exemption should be subject to compliance with the limitations pursuant to Article 4 of the Protocol.
