Article 6 Special Arrangements In order to supplement the procedures provided for under Article 4 of the Agreement and to facilitate application of the procedures to improve utilization of the Plan, Contracting Members may conclude or continue special arrangements in conformity with the pertinent provisions of the Convention and the Radio Regulations.
