Article 4 Submission of readmission applications (Articles 6 and 7 of the Agreement) 1 A readmission application shall be submitted to the competent authority of the Requested Party by email, fax or other means of telecommunication. 2 To submit a readmission application the form attached as Annex 5 to the Agreement shall be used. 3 To obtain additional information regarding a submitted readmission application, the Requesting Party shall apply to the competent authority of the Requested Party.
