Article 2 Designation of competent authorities (Article 19, paragraph 1a, of the Agreement) 1 The Parties shall exchange lists of the authorities competent to implement the Agreement and of their diplomatic or consular mission accredited to the other Parties, within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of this Protocol. 2 The Parties shall notify each other immediately of any change in the lists referred to in paragraph 1.
