Article 12 Arbitrators and Other Persons Participating in Arbitration Proceedings Whenever a dispute is submitted to arbitration in accordance with Article XX of the Convention, the appropriate privileges and immunities for arbitrators and other persons participating in arbitration proceedings shall be established in a special agreement between the parties to the arbitration and the Party in whose territory the proceedings are to take place.
