Artikel 21 Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Thee Promotie Associatie (ITPA) betreffende de zetel van de Organisatie

Article 21 Where the Association enters into contracts (other than contracts concluded in accordance with staff regulations) the Association shall include an arbitration clause whereby any disputes arising out of the interpretation or execution of the contract may at the request of either party be submitted to private arbitration.
