Article 9 Joint working procedures The joint working procedures established pursuant to Article 6 of the Maastricht Agreement shall be used to coordinate, where necessary, with the National Contracting Parties to the Maastricht Agreement concerning the service provision pursuant to Article 2 and Article 3, paragraph 1, of this Agreement.
